Technology and development
Our technical office is equipped with the Creo 3D CAD modeling software and uses the following methods:
• FEM method (structural analysis)
• Rapid prototyping useful for the visual verification of the project
• Pilot molds for the production of small series.
The pre-productions allow qualitative controls, tests and tests, which are carried out in the company or in specialized external laboratories certified by the Ministry of Infrastructures.

TVT-BD srl has complete systems of multi-station printing machines and double-blow printing machines, all assevered with a process control display. These printers are able to produce pieces of sizes from M2.5 to M30, using carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, brass.
Our rolling department has the ability to satisfy a wide threading typology, especially for plastic screws for household appliances and automotive sectors.
We are able to offer machining operations such as boring, milling, drilling, tapping, threading, broaching and other processes.
The dynamic production capacity allows us to be more flexible and allows us to produce smaller batch sizes to meet the needs of our customers.
To offer you this service, we have a tooling department inside our company to create and modify tools to create your products.
We can supply, on your request, the products with our clearly indicated logo, to ensure traceability and to indelibly identify your products on the market.
